These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Autowa (“we”, “our”, “the service”, “the platform”). By using Autowa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Autowa is a traffic-evidence documentation platform. It allows users to upload images, video, and related metadata to classify and document traffic events. Autowa does not issue tickets, enforce laws, or make legal determinations. All outputs are advisory and informational only.
You are responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to upload:

Violations may result in account suspension or removal.
Autowa may publicly post images of first-time infractions only when the images contain no personal information. This means:
License plates may be visible, as they are treated as vehicle identifiers rather than personal information.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By submitting content, you grant Autowa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, analyze, classify, and display the content as part of the service.

Autowa uses automated systems to analyze media. These systems are imperfect. Autowa does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or correctness of any classification, speed estimate, comment or report.
Autowa is not responsible for any consequences arising from reliance on automated analysis.
Autowa does not issue tickets, enforce laws, or determine legal guilt. Autowa provides non-authoritative documentation, analysis, commentary and opinion only. Any use of Autowa's outputs for legal or enforcement purposes is discouraged, but we can not stop third parties and thus out of outside Autowa's responsibility.
Autowa uses Google Login for authentication. You must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
You may request deletion of your account at any time. Autowa may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
Currently submission data will be retained even after account deletion as it is required for system integrity. We may retain other information if for safety, or legal compliance.
Submission data (images, video, reports, analysis outputs) is retained indefinitely, as it forms the core of the service.
Media violating content rules (faces, minors, private property, etc.) is deleted when discovered.
Autowa uses Google Login for authentication and Cloudflare for analytics and security. Autowa does not share raw submission data with third parties unless required by law.
